Provide operational support, perform transactions, maintain operational effectiveness, ensure efficient customer problem resolution, meet service level goals, contribute to successful audits, identify and escalate risks, and participate in process improvements.
Qualifications
2+ years of operations experience, proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong attention to detail and communication skills, experience with SLAs, data entry, and customer service. Banking/FI and/or accounting background preferred. College degree or diploma required. Team player. Experience in real estate, mortgage funding, or law is a plus.
