SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving requests from solicitors
- Booking and provide discharge statements
- Communicating with solicitors if needed
- Working closely with their peers
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Strong communication – verbal and written
- SLA’s
- MS office
- High attention detail
- Multi-tasking
- Some financial background (banking, bookkeeping, accounting)
NICE TO HAVE:
Real estate experience
Banking experience
