Responsibilities
• Review and validate client transfer forms and requests for accuracy
.• Utilize banking systems to set up asset transfer requests
.• Handle complex requests, including those related to estates and marital breakdowns
.• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing transfers, adhering to established SLAs
.• Maintain clear communication within the team via email.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written communication skills
.• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior experience in a back-office role is a plus, though entry-level candidates with a strong skillset will be considered.
