Responsibilities
The responsibilities include a broad range of operational support, performing general to specialized transactions and processing activities, supporting partner relationships, maintaining operational effectiveness, ensuring business objectives and service level goals are met, contributing positively to customer experience, handling customer problems, creating exceptional customer service, fulfilling processing and inquiries, completing assigned tasks accurately and within established standards, actively participating in daily touch points and work distribution, contributing to satisfactory audits, identifying areas of risk and escalating them as necessary.
Qualifications
Must Have: Operations experience, attention to detail, excellent computer skills, MS Office Suite experience, business-to-business communications experience, ability to handle multiple work items at once. Nice to Have: TD experience, security library experience, bilingual (French/English), accounting experience, real estate experience. Education: High School Diploma.
