Shift: 8am to 4pm, M-F

Responsibilities
The Operations Officer's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Creating and maintaining client files
Managing the onboarding process for new clients and partners
Coordinating tele-interviews with partners
Reviewing and resolving error reports
Completing ad-hoc tasks as required
Executing transactions accurately, on time, and in line with established guidelines and procedures.
Referring or escalating processing or operational issues as needed.
Supporting partners with incoming transactions, validating information as needed.
Developing and maintaining working relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
Adhering to enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to operations activities.
Participating fully as a member of the team, supporting a positive work environment.
Ensuring timely communication of issues and points of interest.
Contributing to a fair, positive, and equitable work environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
High school diploma; undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred
Prior banking or financial institution experience is an asset
Prior mortgage or insurance experience is an asset
