Team Management: Oversee daily transaction processes, ensuring effective onboarding, training, and alignment of employees with customer-focused objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze and act on metrics such as call volume, productivity, and customer feedback to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Leadership Development: Provide direction and coaching to team members, fostering individual growth and performance management.

Process Improvement: Initiate and lead projects aimed at enhancing quality and operational effectiveness within the division.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of industry experience and/or 5 years operations management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field an asset
- Must possess strong operational expertise, including hands-on experience with AI technologies, Call Miner, Active Ops, and other emerging tools for optimizing operations.
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of the mechanics of real estate transactions is essential.
- Must bring a track record of innovation and excellence in leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency.
