-Hourly wage between $29 and $31 per hour
-37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based on office hours
Responsibilities
-Assist the director in the daily management of operations.
-Coordinate internal and external communications.
-Prepare and organize meetings (room reservations, document preparation, minute-taking).
-Prepare, process, and file administrative documentation (letters, contracts, reports, etc.).
-Follow up on internal and external requests in collaboration with other departments.
-Manage office equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
-A minimum of a Vocational Studies Diploma (DEP) or a College Studies Certificate (AEC) in secretarial or administrative studies, or an equivalent and relevant professional background.
-At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook), and knowledge of SAP software is a significant asset.
-Ability to communicate fluently in both French and English, both orally and in writing, and to establish good interpersonal relationships.
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
-Demonstrated analytical thinking, versatility, cooperation, innovation, and adaptability to change.
