Responsibilities
Monitor processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Provide operational support and updates, including notifications of critical stock shortages.
Coordinate contract adjustments for additions or removals as required.
Identify opportunities for improving quality, processes, or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Support the physical implementation of new storage spaces or on-site equipment.
Develop and analyze supply chain performance reports and metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve daily supply chain issues.
Ensure safety compliance in chemical handling processes and the use of personal protective equipment.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and interact regularly with production or warehouse personnel.
Qualifications
Diplôme de baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente (1-3 ans) en gestion des relations clients, gestion d’inventaire ou distribution.
Compétences solides en communication et en influence, adaptées à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques.
Expérience en gestion de contrats ou de ventes, de préférence dans un environnement contractuel.
Aptitudes en gestion du changement et en leadership.
Permis de conduire valide et moyen de transport fiable requis.
