They specialize in planning and managing conferences, meetings, corporate events, trade shows, and more. As an administrative assistant in this Office Staff role, you’ll be an integral part of their day-to-day operations, providing essential support to ensure smooth office functions and client satisfaction.
This Office Staff role is a hybrid position, offering flexibility between remote and in-office work, and it starts on March 31st. You’ll be working in their Oshawa office as an Office Staff, where your contributions will directly impact the company’s continued success.

Advantages
-Hybrid, any three days in the office (as required)

-Hours - 9 am - 4pm 3 days a week in office, lunch paid

-Work with two passionate women who are in the events management business
Responsibilities
-Assist with various tasks in help further the planning process
-Putting thank you gifts together
-Putting exhibitor kits together
-Assist with any additional tasks as needed for conference preparations to support the event team with ad-hoc requests
Qualifications
-Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
-Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to lift boxes and materials (up to 40 pounds).
-Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.
