Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and support the administrative team to ensure efficient office operations.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• Act as the primary point of contact for office administration, including coordinating office supplies, vendor management, and general office upkeep.
• Support logistics and dispatch teams with administrative tasks (if applicable).
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance and internal use.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline administrative processes.
• Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Qualifications
• 4-5 years of experience in a Senior Administrator / Office Manager or senior administrative role.
• Proven leadership experience in managing an administrative team.
• Knowledge of AP/AR processes and general financial administration.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
