Position: Office Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance services.
Provide administrative support to the executive team and other staff as needed.
Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with building management for office repairs and maintenance.
Manage relationships with office vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality services.
Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
Process invoices and manage payments to vendors and suppliers.
Assist with financial planning and analysis related to office operations.
Coordinate the setup and maintenance of office technology, including computers, printers, and phones.
Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations.
Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage office-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
