Our client, a leading-edge independent generalist health clinic, is looking to hire an office Manager for their medical clinic in downtown Montreal.

- Hybrid working arrangement after 6 months, specifics to be discussed with management

- Salary range from 65-75k depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth running of office, optimization of patient bookings and efficiency, bi weekly time reporting submission
- Supervision of office administration and staff
- Employee schedules
- Coordinating reception, nurses and doctor communications and tasks, and filling in at reception as needed
- Maintenance of office inventory and working with service providers
- Ensuring that employees keep accurate records and comply with local laws and regulations
- Budgets negotiations with suppliers
Qualifications
- General medical background/knowledge (for example, nurse experience)
- Proven experience managing a team
- Fluency in both French and English (both written and spoken). Trilingualism is an asset.
- Organized, responsible, efficient, innovative, ability to multitask
- Meticulous and high attention to detail
- Proactive
- Tactful, diplomatic, empathetic, and great communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Proficiency in Office Suite, solid proven experience in Telus Medesync EMR required
