As an Office Coordinator at our growing transportation company, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment while gaining insight into the transportation industry.
Advantages
-Contract for 2 months with a possible extension
-Hours - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with paid 1 hour lunch
-North York location
-Friday could be WFH
Responsibilities
-documentation exchange between different parties (policies, projects )
-Able to manage and understand document management
-Formatting and uploading documents
-Ordering supplies
-Managing office essentials
-Interacting with deliveries
-Calendar management
-Minute of meeting
-Print Access cards and send out emails for pick-up
Qualifications
-Railway-related experience -Nice to have
-Engineering experience - Nice to have
-Experience in ISO - Nice to have
-Tech-savvy (word and excel) - Must to have
