Our high-profile client is looking for their next office coordinator in the old port of Montreal to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities

Responsibilities
•Schedule meetings
•Support event planning
•Assist with onboarding new hires
•Oversee office budgets & process invoices
•Basic reception duties including responding to calls, and emails
•Create a positive first impression for clients, partners, and employees with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
•Maintain meeting rooms and kitchen spaces
•Monitor and manage office inventory including office supplies, snacks and equipment
•Conduct market research
•Source suppliers
•Plan and book travel
•Source creative and thoughtful gifts
•Manage delivery logistics
Qualifications
•At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office coordinator role
•Bilingual in both French and English
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Proactive and positive mindset
•Great communication
•Google Workspace-savvy (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
•High attention to detail
•Ability to multitask
