Position: Office Coordinator
Employment Type: Contract (12 - 24 months)
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Mississauga (City Centre)
Salary: $24/hr
Start Date: July 2024

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor and manage the front desk operations to ensure a neat and organized area
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Assist with meeting preparation, including organizing and cleaning meeting rooms, ordering food and beverages, preparing place settings, and distributing meeting documents
- Ensure kitchen is well stocked with supplies, organized, clean, and tidy
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate with building management team for facility services
- Provide daily support to the Executive Assistant/Office Manager as needed
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Team Player
- Positive and 'can' do attitude
