Responsibilities
Opening and/or closing the reception area;
Responsibility for the reception area and all common areas;
Management of conference rooms (preparing, clearing, and cleaning rooms) during meetings and events;
Management of restaurant reservations and meal orders when required;
Management of the kitchen (maintenance, supply of beverages, coffee machines, food, and cleaning products);
Assistance in the preparation of various events and activities organized at the office;
Any other related tasks to support management teams and internal services (reprographics replacement, reception replacement, bank deposits, file archiving, inventories, and orders, etc.).
Qualifications
Highly developed customer service skills, flexibility, and a desire to exceed client expectations;
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients;
Multitasking skills and strong attention to detail;
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to lift and carry loads of up to 20 pounds (or 10 kilos);
Schedule flexibility and availability to work outside of office hours when required;
Experience in a law firm, professional firm, or in the hotel and/or restaurant industry is an asset.
