Responsibilities
Scanning documents into digital formats.
Handling sensitive documents: Filling, storing and handling hard copies according to confidentiality standards.
Managing documents: saving, storing, copying and managing documents in electronic files.
Sorting and separating pages of documents.
Adhering to instructions: Following scanning instructions to ensure efficient and accurateprocessing.
Must be able to use a laptop to perform job duties. This person needs to frequently move about
to access files and operate office equipment (including laptop, scanner and printer).
Frequently needs to position self to reach documents on high and low in file drawers cabinet.
Must be able to lift and move documents up to 20 pounds in the office.
The incumbent frequently communicates with other staff who have inquiries about the scanning
project. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
This position requires an onsite presence, 5 days per week.
Qualifications
Qualifications required for this position are the following:
This position requires knowledge of both spoken and written Frenchand English, due to the international scope of the organization and operational activities.
Experience in an office setting
Office equipment technical skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
Strong reading communication skills
Time management skills
Ability to follow guidelines
Autonomous
