Our client, a leading social impact software company, is seeking a part-time Office & Event Coordinator to support their beautiful downtown Toronto office for a 6-month contract starting in early May 2025.
This is a 10-hour-per-week role, working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, offering the perfect opportunity to contribute meaningfully while maintaining a flexible schedule. Responsibilities
● Office management of our Toronto space, maintaining an organized environment
● Welcome guests at reception and connect them with their host
● Lead location-based events and engagement programs for our teammates in Toronto

Qualifications
● The ability to make a great first impression
● 2 - 3 year of reception, office management and/or event experience
● Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
● Solid written and verbal communication skills
● Self-starting and solution-oriented attitude
● Proficiency with Mac, Slack, Google Suite and Asana is considered an asset
● A collaborative, team-oriented attitude, with a passion for working with people
● General business acumen
