We are currently hiring a General Administrator / Administrative Receptionist to join our team in the Waterdown area. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for someone with excellent scheduling skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional attitude. You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a vital role in keeping our office running efficiently.

Responsibilities
Scheduling:
- Utilize excellent Microsoft Outlook skills to book appointments for the Senior Advisor
- Ensure timely appointment reminders and follow-ups with clients
- Office Administration (20% of time):
- Open and close the office
- Order office supplies and manage boardroom scheduling
- Distribute incoming emails to the appropriate departments
- Greet clients warmly, offer refreshments, and assist with meeting arrangements
- Clean up and maintain a professional office environment post-client meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum: College diploma or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and the Office 365 suite
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
