Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Calling customers to update account information
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally manage incoming calls and inquiries.
- Maintain and document accurate records and databases.
- Getting new payment information and uphold the values of the company
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
- Someone who can roll with the punches, have phone etiquettes and loves customer service
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Customer Service Orientation.
- Attention to detail.
- Growth mindset.
