Responsibilities
Network and Systems Management: Plan, install, and maintain user, server, and network hardware/software resources. Define and manage access privileges, security roles, and user accounts.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide in-house technical support, handling network, hardware, and application issues.
ERP & Database Administration: Support the company’s ERP/MRP systems, manage data backups, and configure customized reports.
Security Oversight: Administer systems security, including antivirus, firewalls, and VPNs. Maintain secure connections for remote workers.
Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary contact for systems and security vendors.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in network troubleshooting, hardware support, and IT administration
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and SQL databases
Relevant certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA A+
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of security protocols and communication systems
