PAPER & CONVERTING OPERATIONS
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Site Plant Manager to oversee operations across two tissue paper manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage diverse teams across various locations.

- Base Salary Range for MULTI-SITE PLANT MANAGER $170K -$200k
- + Profit Sharing Target % with payout based on profitability of the company
- Compensation is based on specific skills, experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all plants adhere to safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe working environment.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure product standards are met consistently.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop plant leadership and their teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for each site, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting financial targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and expansion.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve operational goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and corporate leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a large manufacturing operation
- Skills: Strong servant leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and drive continuous improvement.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of tissue paper manufacturing processes and industry standards preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in manufacturing, LEAN, quality control, or safety management are a plus.
- Software: MS365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Power BI, Outlook, etc.), SAP/ERP
