• 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday
• Days 7 AM to 3 PM, Afternoons 3 PM to 11 PM, and Nights 11 PM to 7 AM available

• Mechanically inclined
• Must have experience - hands on & knowledge of injection molding and extrusion processes in a Canadian manufacturing setting

Responsibilities
• Ability to set-up, operate, fine tune, shut down equipment to produce products efficiently according to product and quality specifications.
• Disassemble, inspection, cleaning and assembling of all extrusion die sets, extrusion calibration sets and any auxiliary equipment/die sets. .
• Minimum 2 years experience - hands on & knowledge of injection molding and extrusion processes in a Canadian manufacturing setting
- Able to maintain production tooling, setup extruders, do product changeovers, troubleshoot production related issues.
- Train others , leadership skills
- Must know what constitutes acceptable quality in the products produced and be able to do quality tests as required and take corrective action as necessary.
Qualifications
• Able to read and write English
- Must be shift flexible
• Able to do mathematical calculations
• Experience driving a forklift
• High level of safety and operation procedure awareness
• In good health, physically fit and provide a good work attendance
• Able to lift 30lbs on a consistent basis
• Able to work independently, efficiently and safely
