This role is mostly remote, but our client would prefer someone in the Toronto market, for occasional team meetings, team socials, and any on-site shoots where this talent may need to participate. Hours may flex a little bit from week to week, up to 37.5 hours.

Responsibilities
• Design and execute visually compelling digital ads, adapting print campaigns to digital platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Uber, StackAdapt, and display banners.
• Develop motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to create dynamic and engaging ad content.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator, to design and edit static and interactive assets.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Handle a high volume of assets with precision, ensuring content accuracy and attention to detail.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently, accommodating multiple rounds of revisions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IAB and other industry standards for digital advertising formats.
Qualifications
• Proven Experience: Strong portfolio showcasing digital ad design and motion graphics work, preferably across various ad platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator.
• Brand Expertise: Experience working within strict brand guidelines to produce consistent and effective designs.
• Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage large campaigns with numerous assets while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with IAB and other digital advertising industry standards.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively work with creative teams and stakeholders.
