As they are committed to their people and look for long term investment, your training will consist of 6 months an assistant to a senior consultant after which you will be working on your own and have the ability to earn commissions.
The successful candidate must reside in Calgary and be a RECA Licensed Mortgage Agent

Responsibilities
-You will field calls from prospective clients from supplied leads
-You will take applications, pull credit bureaus, order appraisals
-You will submit completed applications to the Lending Committee for conditional approvals
-You will follow up with clients for closing
-You will perform follow up with multiple files
Qualifications
-Must be a RECA Licensed Mortgage Agent
-Industry experience preferred (Banking, Finance)
-Must have superior organizational skills
-Must be a self starter who can work well independently and as part of a team
-Must possess excellent spoken and written English
-Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
-Sub-Prime Lending o/Finance Company experience an asset
