Responsibilities
-Repair & perform maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment such as CNC controlled punching shearing and material transportation systems, overhead and wall cranes, fluid and air power systems and controls, band saws, welding feeders and power supplies, and roll forming lines.
-Troubleshooting
-Seamless plant operations by promptly repairing critical equipment, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance measures.
-This role is pivotal in safeguarding daily production and maintenance schedules, striving to achieve daily planned work targets.
Qualifications
-433A
-Working knowledge of MIG/ARC welding
- Working knowledge of lathe, milling machine, grinder & hand tools
- Able to reading & interpreting mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic schematics
- Working at heights & lock-out tag-out procedures
