Millwright

Pay Rate: $40-45 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Day shift from 6 AM to 3 PM

Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and repair packaging equipment, including HPP (high pressure processing) machines, and interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Perform welding tasks (arc, TIG, plasma cutting) and calibrate/process control systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using specialized equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and adjustments on plant equipment, including weighing, metal detectors, and labeling systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment, and participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications
- Certified 433A (Millwright) license.
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and take proactive measures
