Shift - Rotation (Day shift 3 months, Afternoon shift 1 month, Night shift 1 month - rotate!)
Pay - $42.50 licensed - $44.76 dual ticket license

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in maintaining and improving product quality, food safety, and health and safety practices (HACCP, GMP, QA/QC)
- Perform routine maintenance checks and adjust machinery to minimize downtime, ensuring efficient production flow.
- Troubleshoot and repair BOTH mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment + preventive maintenance
- Enforce machine cleaning regimens to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
- Operate machinery and train production staff to optimize efficiency and ensure proper operation.
Qualifications
- Flexibility to work across all shifts, adjusting to OT and changing start times as needed.
- Diploma/Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Millwright/Industrial Mechanic (433A) or Industrial Electrician (442A) certification
- 5+ years of experience in the food/pharma industry
- Strong knowledge of health and safety and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with VFFS, HFFS, Cartoner, high-speed packaging machinery + automation systems is a plus.
