Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues on various equipment and systems as they arise.
- Collaborate effectively with other maintenance team members to work on electro mechanic systems.
- Handle assigned projects focused on safety, production, and environmental improvements.
- Adhere to and support preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and GMP standards.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Industrial Mechanic (Millwright 433A) certification is required.
- A minimum of 2+ years experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems. (Class B Refrigeration Operator License *Asset)
- Proficient in using both power and manual tools.
- Basic computer skills and math proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
