Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Rockingham, as the Millwright / Mechanic :
- Performing regular preventative maintenance tasks.
- Identifying any repairs or needs
- Communicate effectively with Production Managers, Supervisors, and production team members
- Documentation repair and preventative maintenance daily work items timely and accurately
- Work in a teaming environment with other maintenance mechanics
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Daily completion of work orders
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly area maintenance owning a specified area and maintaining it, also making recommendation for improvements.
- Work in harsh conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)
- Comply with the plant’s food packaging safety system
- Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, environmental compliance, follow all PPE and food regulation requirements and standards.
- Ability to understand and work efficiently with maintenance parts software.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Ability to read and properly understand part numbers on documents and products.
- Maintain consistent attendance, positive attitude, and initiative.
