Shift - Continental Days/Nights (2 week rotation)
Pay - $45/hr (Depending on skills + experience)

Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on all machinery, including UHT processors, fillers, packaging equipment, and other critical plant systems.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment by adhering to safety protocols, manufacturing codes, and industry regulations (H&S, GMP, HACCP, WHMIS, MSDS, etc.).
- Collaborate with production teams, maintenance staff, and external contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Oversee and improve preventative maintenance systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Maintain clear communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and team, including daily activity logs and maintenance updates.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes, driving continuous operational efficiencies.
- Support food safety and quality standards through strict adherence to SOPs and accurate record-keeping.
- Participate in required training and development courses.
- Take on additional projects as assigned by the Plant Management team.
Qualifications
- MUST have 433a Millwright license OR 442a Industrial Electrician with strong mechanical skillset*
- Minimum 3+ years experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or dairy industry.
- Solid understanding of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting methods.
- Experience with high-speed filling and packaging lines, PLCs, and continuous improvement processes.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols.
- Ability to perform basic welding, machining, and plumbing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
