We are looking for a Carpentry Manager for our workshop located in Montreal (Saint-Léonard). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations, supervising carpenters, and coordinating custom woodworking projects.
This position is ideal for a structured, organized leader with a passion for woodworking and cabinetmaking, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring efficiency, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
🎯 Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor , Millwork Manager Role in Montreal
Oversee the entire lifecycle of woodworking projects: planning, scheduling, and execution
Ensure compliance with quality standards, budgets, and deadlines
Supervise carpenters and cabinetmakers in the workshop, managing schedules and time off
Work closely with clients and the design team to ensure expectations are met
Review and validate workshop drawings, prepare quotes, and create work orders
Order and manage inventory of materials and components for projects
Coordinate production and shipping of finished products
Qualifications
🛠️ Required Skills for the Production Supervisor , Millwork Manager Role in Montreal
Experience in woodworking and/or cabinetmaking, with expertise in workshop management
Strong project management and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of woodworking materials and manufacturing techniques
Strong math and geometry skills for precise calculations
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Functional bilingualism to communicate with clients and colleagues outside the province or country
