Their state-of-the-art facility in Nisku, AB is equipped with top-tier CNC (Correa) machinery. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality, custom-machined components with precision and excellence.
They are seeking one (1) skilled CNC Milling Machinists to join their team for the night shift. The ideal candidates will have experience working with (Correa) Milling Machines. This role involves performing multiple custom machining tasks, focusing on setups, and modifications, and ensuring precision tolerances between 0.001 to 0.005 inches.
Understanding of Gcode Ncode programming is a must,

Availability to work the designated, night Shift 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM / Premium $2.00 hr

You will operate a CNC milling machine (Correa) to machine steel parts.
Perform multiple setups and modifications on a variety of custom machining projects.
Maintain tolerances between 0.001 to 0.005 inches.
Inspect and verify the quality of finished parts.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Night Shift 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM / Premium $2.00 hr
Qualifications
You have proven experience as a Milling CNC Machinist, particularly with milling machines.
Strong understanding of conversational programming.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in machining.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Availability to work the designated, night Shift 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM / Premium $2.00 hr
