Responsibilities
The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services:
•Perform root-cause analysis, develop and implement permanent solutions to problems, and establish mechanisms to monitor, track, and report on service levels using metrics.
•Restore services as quickly as possible in case of failures.
•Contribute to middleware initiatives for platform maintenance and evolution.
•Implement configuration management for middleware infrastructure.
•Identify and resolve complex business problems in a multifunctional setting while assessing and communicating the impact of technology at a functional and corporate level.
•Participate in the installation and configuration of middleware technologies.
•Deliver results with limited supervision, following a general work plan, reporting deviations, identifying issues, and seeking guidance as needed.
•Provide operational support for the middleware environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have at least three (3) years of experience with some of the following:
•Middleware experience in an enterprise environment.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Hands-on experience with:
oOpenShift (version 4.x)
oAzure ARO & AKS
oIBM DataPower, IBM DataStage, and/or JBOSS
oIBM WebSphere Portal
oLinux/Unix administration
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience in the following will be considered an asset:
•Oracle WebLogic Application Server (version 12.2+ in standard and clustered mode).
•Installation and configuration of:
