Responsibilities
Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and manage patient appointments
Patient Records: Maintain and update records accurately and securely
Intake & Coordination: Collect patient information and assist with medical staff coordination
Billing & Insurance: Process insurance claims and handle invoicing
Patient Communication: Provide information and assistance in both English and French
Office Organization: Manage office supplies and ensure a well-maintained workspace
Qualifications
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) – mandatory
Previous experience in a medical office or administrative role
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail with a commitment to patient confidentiality
Proficiency in medical software and office tools is an asset
Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
