Position: Medical Affairs Coordinator
Employment Type: Contract, 12 months
Location: Mississauga
- Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days work from home
Start Date: ASAP, November 2024
Salary: $27/hr

Responsibilities
- Provide confidential coordinating and administrative support of a complex and diverse nature to the medical department teams and functional head
- Administrative support for the committee, meetings coordinating, and supporting and coordinating the various programs
- Budget management, compliance, and performance reporting
- Project management, status, and financial health reporting
- Submit donation requests, cheques, invoices, etc
- Budget management and compliance
- Provide logistical and tactical support to various internal teams and manage day to day functions of the department
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required (answering emails, managing calls, scheduling, filing, data entry, etc.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience supporting a team in an administrative role
- At least 1 year of Project Management Experience
- Experience using SAP Software
- MS Office (Intermediate Excel Skills)
