Position: Material Planning Production Controller

Through rigorous analysis of material demand planning and mastery of the concepts of demand planning for manufactured parts, the individual will ensure the continuous flow of materials. They will also proactively monitor the production schedule to prevent any disruptions.

Responsibilities
Plan the manufacturing of parts
Ensure the availability of materials to maintain a continuous production flow
Monitor the production schedule to proactively rectify any disruptions in material flow
Define, execute, and communicate contingency plans to resolve disruptions in the master production schedule
Manage load leveling and upstream and downstream scheduling of requirements
Ensure the accuracy of planning data
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations and Logistics Management, or any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
Mastery of material requirements planning and supply chain planning concepts. Knowledge of SAP and APICS is an asset.
Bilingualism.
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in the following skills:
Coordination of work across various functions.
Demand management and material planning.
Technical knowledge of systems.
Coping with uncertainty and ambiguity.
Results and customer orientation.
Demonstrating a strong ability to learn quickly.
Understanding the entire business process.
