Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the movement, storage, and organization of materials within our warehouse.
- Transporting materials to and from trucks, stocking shelves, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials are properly inspected for quality.
- Read, interpret, and follow diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials to accurately identify parts for warehousing.
- Operate machinery safely, including Counterbalance Lift Truck, Reach Truck, and Crane.
- Utilize hand tools such as a banding machine and measuring tools.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collect materials required for welding processes and pull parts needed for daily production.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Forklift and reach truck experience (preferred).
- Ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Basic computer knowledge is an asset.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach, walk, and perform repetitive hand motions.
- May be required to sit for prolonged periods while operating a forklift.
