Responsibilities
Support the Personal Insurance Marketing Team (4 members, part of a larger marketing team).
Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product and Business Development Teams.
Work on marketing efforts across multiple distribution channels, with a strong focus on the broker channel.
Assist in managing and updating project plans and documentation.
Ensure smooth coordination between legal, translation, and other internal teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Manage competing priorities while ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Support the development of customer and prospecting materials for brokers and internal account executives.
Handle marketing assets such as brochures and sell sheets, working with internal teams rather than creating them directly.
Potentially assist with email marketing, though this will not be a primary responsibility.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related role.
Strong project coordination and management skills.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills (email, meetings, etc.).
Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial but not required.
