Responsibilities
• Support select strategic partner marketing programs, ensuring measurable impact aligned with business goals and partnership objectives.
• Drive engagement and deliver results based on co-marketing agreements, managing relationships to maximize impact.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to our target audience, ensuring relevance and engagement.
• Collaborate with agencies to create compelling campaign assets, from concept development to final execution.
• Provide marketing teams and customer-facing teams with essential tools, assets, and playbooks for successful execution.
• Work cross-functionally with Audience Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital, Marketing Operations, Field Engagement, and Strategic Partnerships to align campaign delivery.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and feedback.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.
• 8+ years of experience leading global marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global setting.
• Familiarity with marketing campaign tools such as Draftr, Marketo, CMT (Campaign Management Tool), and Allocadia.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing customer-facing campaigns and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in the education market and/or with 3D software products.
• A global mindset with a passion for brand governance and marketing excellence.
• Ability to nurture business relationships and manage partnerships effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills to drive prioritization and improve outcomes.
• Strategic thinker with excellent PowerPoint skills and confidence in presenting to executives.
• Proactive, adaptable, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
