This is a 12-month contract which requires the Marketing Manager to work onsite 2-3 days per week at our client's office in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct audience research to create data-driven marketing strategies.
• Craft compelling messaging, value propositions, and creative briefs for agencies.
• Optimize the use of media channels, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted and impactful marketing initiatives.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Assess ROI and optimize campaigns to enhance effectiveness.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and share insights to refine future strategies.
• Utilize data storytelling to communicate results and marketing impact.
Project & Budget Management
• Lead marketing projects from initiation to execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to navigate challenges and align marketing strategies.
• Track and manage budgets while meeting all financial reporting requirements.
Stakeholder & Risk Management
• Ensure marketing programs comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Maintain strong internal and external relationships to drive marketing success.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Creativity & innovation – a mindset for problem-solving and bringing new ideas to the table.
• Collaboration & leadership – ability to lead projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Project management expertise – experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
