Responsibilities
Lead content strategy and execution across corporate channels (internal and external)
Create compelling marketing copy to highlight people, projects, and core values
Implement global branding campaigns at the regional level
Collaborate with teams to identify and promote newsworthy content
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and communication protocols
Manage advertising strategy including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and print/digital placements
Produce corporate marketing materials, including brochures and presentations
Research and coordinate award submissions for projects and workplace excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Manage strategic sponsorships and attendance at industry events and conferences
Monitor and report on social media and campaign performance metrics
Support business development through thought leadership, content, and speaking opportunities
Mentor and guide junior marketing team members
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or diploma in Visual/Graphic Design
Minimum 5+ years of experience in senior communications or marketing roles
Strong writing and content development skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMS platforms
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Professional demeanor with sound judgment and initiative
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, accessible manner
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines
Highly adaptable and responsive to changing business needs
Self-starter able to work independently and engage with senior leadership
Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is an asset but not required
