The position will cross collaboration with an exciting initiative, defining a team and will own the media strategy while delivering a set of high-priority initiatives working closely with our agency partners. This individual will be accountable for driving marketing ROI for all QuickBooks products within the Canadian market. The position's objective is to leverage top of funnel channels to drive competitive advantage for the business, optimize conversions, improve CPA and drive positive ROI through paid social, display, video, DOOH, and audio channels while providing direction and support to both our internal team and external agency partner.
The role would be suited to someone with an agency background with a track record of managing campaigns in the market and being able to articulate performance to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
Developing performance media strategies that will achieve our one and three-year plans, focusing on increasing subscriptions, driving revenue, and building brand awareness
Manage working relationship with external media agency to drive top of funnel campaigns across paid media channels and establishing stretch goals, while maintaining consideration and consistency to middle and bottom of funnel campaigns
Coordinating with your Brand Media, Search, Web, and CRM counterparts to deliver cohesive campaign experiences across channels and throughout the consumer’s decision journey
Manage and report on campaign performance end to end including launching large brand campaigns, local campaigns (Quebec market), creative roll outs, quarterly campaign reports detailing all channels and funnel stages,
Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency across all marketing channels
Work closely with your analytics, business operations and intelligence partners to maintain a world-class performance marketing engine across KPI’s, attribution, automation and optimization
Strong analytical approach to acquisition funnel metrics, measurement and campaign performance
Managing 3rd party relationships and vendor management including Google, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, etc
Qualifications
Skills to be Successful
Passion for the media industry with a finger on the pulse of emerging technologies, tactics, and media properties
Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to obtain consensus among multiple stakeholders
Great storyteller with the an ability to distill complex digital media and technical strategies into crisp, executive friendly communications
Ability to move fast in developing hypotheses, running testing/pilots and, applying learnings while keeping all stakeholders informed along the way
Data forward thinker with an understanding for how consumer mindsets translate into data patterns and signals
Ability to look at the big picture, understanding the interdependence of factors internally and externally
Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns through digital channels, and driving performance through optimized customer experiences
Ability to multitask with multiple high priority items and work with fast-paced, high performing teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Stats required
Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience with emphasis on digital campaign management focusing on leveraging data to drive business results (hands-on experience preferred)
Deep understanding of programmatic management (preference for GMP), Campaign Manager (DoubleClick), Meta Blueprint and other certifications in fundamental media/advertising
Knowledge of GA4/GA360 and/or Adobe Analytics, CDP, DMP’s and CMS a benefit
Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets
Agency and/or in-house experience a plus
