Responsibilities
Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Research competitive products, market trends, pricing, and advertising strategies
Monitor industry news and provide insights on emerging trends, competitor activity, and key industry developments
Prepare draft reports, background documentation, and research summaries
Implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives
Support the sales team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, and account analyses
Provide post-event reports, analysis, and status updates on marketing programs
Maintain a consistent corporate image across all product lines, promotional materials, websites, and events
Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with contact information and relevant data
Organize and execute sales meetings and marketing events
Provide direct administrative and office management support to the Marketing Manager
Assist with the development and preparation of presentations
Take detailed minutes during meetings and conference calls
Generate and maintain monthly sales reports and other required documentation
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a marketing or sales support role
Experience with business social media marketing
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and trends effectively
Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
Professional, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with marketing and content creation tools such as Adobe Express, Zoho, Canva, Bitly, and Sendgrid
Familiarity with administrative and sales coordination systems including SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI
Proficiency in managing social platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter
