Responsibilities

Websites Management
Collaborate with the marketing category team to develop website strategies that align with business goals
With the help of the website agency, lead the development of new and existing websites, from project design to implementation, and ensure the appropriate configuration and maintenance of the web analytics platform (Google Analytics).
Collaborate with website agency to support project plans, timelines, and content updates.
Assist with website updates and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics) to identify opportunities for optimization.
Help implement new features (e.g., live chat, chatbots) and improve SEO performance.
Content Development & Management
Assist with the development of content, copywriting, digital banners, social media assets and more as needed.
Write and proofread engaging and SEO-optimized content for websites, e-retail platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
Research competitor content and market trends to keep content relevant and compelling.
Collaborate with creative agencies to produce high-quality digital content.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content.
Media Support & Reporting
Assist in executing digital media strategies, across all media channels including Search, Social, CTV, Programmatic
Monitor and track media performance and optimization and maintain internal benchmarks for media initiatives.
Support the preparation of performance reports for web, email, and campaign initiatives.
Provide actionable insights based on data to enhance marketing strategies.
E-Retail Management
Collaborate with the marketing category team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
Support with uploading and maintaining content on retailer website portals and ensuring the most up-to-date content.
Support the creation and optimization of product descriptions, titles, and graphics for our retailer websites.
Collaborate with creative agencies to produce high-quality e-retail content.
Other Marketing Support
Support the Digital Marketing team on other marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required for this Marketing Coordinator at this leader in Consumer Product in Ville Saint-Laurent;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Bilingual: Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
5 years working experience in digital marketing on brand side or agency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including but not limited to Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data filtering, conditional formatting etc.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio, WordPress, Shopify, Bazaar Voice and SEM Rush.
Basic understanding of SEO/SEM principles, social media platforms, and e-commerce trends.
Creative, passionate, and determined, with an analytical mind that knows how to leverage information to maximize user experience and add value through content.
Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
