We are looking for a motivated individual with a knowledge of advertising and social media to support a growing company in Burlington. You would be reporting to the Marketing Manager and working along side a skilled team of coordinators.
The ideal candidate would have a degree or experience in marketing with a knowledge of MS Office Suites and Salesforce.

Responsibilities
Advertising
▪ Work with the Marketing team to decide on advertising and promotional messages,
graphics, and design. Ensures materials adhere to guidelines, design standards, and
branding. Supervisor reviews and approves public materials prior to release.
▪ Work with Marketing Graphics Coordinator to gather required graphics for ads and share
these with the appropriate magazines or media consultants to meet required deadlines
Social media
▪ Set up and publish approved campaigns and posts for LinkedIn, YouTube, , Facebook,
Instagram, Blogs, Wikipedia and other application-specific website information to
maintain active presence in various markets
▪ Coordinate and distribute any surveys or on-line quizzes required for internal,
distributors or end users
General Duties
▪ Assist with communication strategies, promotional materials, media and public awareness
▪ Support the research and coordination of promotional opportunities to support programs and initiatives
▪ Aid in preparing marketing materials for trade shows
▪ Entering sales and lead data into Salesforce and marketing spreadsheets
▪ Communicated with internal departments to meet deadlines and ensure accurate information
▪ Assist with conducting inventory counts of all promotional items at regular intervals
▪ Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
▪ Degree in marketing or relative experience
▪ Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external customers and employees of
organization
▪ Computer Literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) Database (Salesforce/Pardot), Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat &
Reader
▪ Social Media Literate – Linkedin, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube
▪ Ability to solve practical problems and work under pressure
▪ Requires good judgment and a professional demeanor
▪ Strong organizational skills
