Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively across Marketing teams and business lines to support overall revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with key business contacts to provide strategic marketing insights and become a trusted partner.
- Oversee the creative development and internal approval process, including legal and compliance reviews for direct marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on competitive engagement insights and integrate findings into marketing strategies.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize marketing initiatives, ensuring measurable and profitable outcomes.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, maximizing channels and return on investment.
- Maintain ongoing communication and provide regular updates on campaign status and key marketing activities.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance direct marketing communications and engagement.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in managing creative and marketing communication processes across various mediums, including direct and interactive marketing.
- 1+ years of experience in financial services, ideally with knowledge of retail banking and credit card products.
- Experience in email marketing and producing client-facing communications.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure costs align with approved estimates.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with an agency on creative development.
- Copywriting experience or strong familiarity with content creation.
- Understanding of email creation from a technical perspective.
- Ability to influence without authority and effectively communicate perspectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to learn quickly.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
