Responsibilities
-Participate in the planning of marketing and communications strategies for various B2B and B2C target audiences, and coordinate their deployment for our company
-Create, execute and optimize a rich and targeted content calendar that includes all digital and print communication tools such as social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, corporate presentations
-Ensure the creation, management and distribution of editorial and visual content for various internal and external communications, in collaboration with the graphic designer
-Deploy social media strategy and strategies to increase and stimulate engagement
-Collaborate on website updates, content integration and optimization
-Execute or collaborate in the operational management of projects inherent in marketing plans such as events, employee activities, sponsorships, promotions, contests, advertising campaigns, displays, presentations, material handling, etc
-Ensure compliance with the brand guide, including writing and graphic standards, and provide support to the team as needed
-Work in collaboration with various stakeholders including internal teams, suppliers, tenants, management and partners
-Develop performance indicators and present results
-Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and best practices to proactively advise on continuous improvements to various actions
-Travel when necessary for content creation, tenant relations and be present at internal or public events
-All other related tasks
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or other relevant academic background
-3 years' experience in a similar role
-Experience in commercial real estate and customer experience
-Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build positive relationships
-Creativity and superior writing skills in French and English
-Master notions of branding and target audiences
-Demonstrate rigor and the ability to meet tight deadlines
-Creative, curious, flexible and available
-Gifted and motivated by photo and video creation
-In-depth knowledge of various digital platforms and tools (social networks, WordPress, Craft, MailChimp or similar
-Knowledge of SEM, SEO and Google Analytics as well as visibility platforms such as Google My Business
-Knowledge of graphic design software such as InDesign
