Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the selected candidate will take part in all departmental mandates, notably by planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing the organization’s visibility and generating donations across Canada.

Responsibilities
Identify and seize high-value opportunities and present innovative strategies and content.
Oversee ideation, writing, coordination, analysis, and optimization of digital campaigns and initiatives.
Roll out a relationship marketing strategy for our various target audiences with the support of colleagues and departments.
Contribute to implementing innovative digital strategies for donor acquisition and retention.
Analyze data and use quantitative metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to content strategy for social media and all communication channels.
Act as an advisor to senior management and other departments regarding marketing strategies and support their execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in relationship marketing and digital marketing (required).
Excellent spoken and written French and English (required).
Proficiency in graphic design tools and email marketing platforms.
Knowledge of the philanthropic sector – an asset.
Familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) – an asset.
Excellent writing skills and strong communication abilities.
Diplomatic approach.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
Initiative and autonomy.
