Job Title: Shipper/Receiver & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Calgary
Start Date: April 4th, 2025
Pay Rate: $23 - $30/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Responsibilities
Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management
Coordinate with trucking companies for deliveries and shipments
Complete and manage customs paperwork
Ensure proper packaging and handling of outgoing orders
Operate forklifts (5-ton and 8-ton solid pneumatic) and overhead cranes (internal certification provided)
Pick up supplies as needed using a company-provided regular pickup truck
Maintain compliance with workplace safety regulations
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination
Forklift operation experience
Familiarity with ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Must wear steel-toe boots
